Summary
Telegram Ads Spy indexes public ad creatives from Telegram channels and the Telegram Ads platform. We do not track individual Telegram users, ad viewers, or website visitors beyond what a standard web log records. The only personal data we store is for people who explicitly sign in to our Telegram bot to manage alerts.
What we store
From public sources (no personal data)
- Ad creative text, metadata, CTA URL, preview image URL
- Public channel metadata (username, title, subscriber count, avatar URL)
- Advertiser information extracted from CTA URLs (domain or Telegram handle)
From bot users (only if you sign in)
- Telegram user ID, username, first/last name, language code
- Your alert subscriptions (keyword / channel / advertiser / niche)
- Last interaction timestamp
From website visitors
- Standard HTTP access logs (IP, user-agent, path, status) — 30-day retention
- One cookie:

What we don't do
- We don't use analytics trackers (no GA, no Facebook Pixel, no heatmaps)
- We don't sell or share bot-user data with third parties
- We don't store media files — only hashes and public CDN URLs
- We don't track individual Telegram users seeing ads
How we use data
- Serve the public archive pages and the API
- Deliver alert notifications to bot subscribers
- Prevent abuse and rate-limit API requests
- Aggregate statistics (counts, trends) — never about individual users
Your rights
- Delete your bot account: write
/deleteto @tgadsspybot — we erase your User record and all alerts within 24h - Remove an ad creative: file a DMCA / 152-ФЗ takedown via /dmca — valid requests mark the creative hidden (410 Gone)
- Export your data: email us for a machine-readable copy of everything we hold about you (usually minimal: tgUserId + alerts)
- Correct inaccurate data: contact us, we respond within 5 business days
Retention
- Web logs: 30 days
- Bot user records: until you request deletion
- Public ad creatives: indefinitely (archive is the point)
- Alert-match history (fired notifications): 90 days
Third parties
We use Cloudflare (edge + DNS), Gramesh (data source), optionally tgme (future TON pipeline), PostgreSQL and Redis on our own infrastructure. Telegram Bot API is used only to deliver alerts you explicitly subscribed to.
